​Originally from South Africa and now proud to call New Zealand home.  I’ve been living here for over seven years and  based in Whitianga, servicing the wider Coromandel Peninsula.

Back in South Africa, I spent more than 20 years in the construction and engineering industry, manufacturing hinges, locks, and architectural fittings for the joinery and building trade. That background gave me a solid grounding in precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving — qualities that still guide my work today.

When I arrived in New Zealand, I began working in the structural steel industry, and that’s really where my passion for building took hold. One night while standing round my mates house enjoying a BBQ —the offer presented itself to help him out with a project he had already been busy with.  He was at the time, and still is in the trade of creating beautiful outdoor living spaces to clients.  What started as a favour quickly became a calling.

I discovered how much I enjoy creating functional & practical spaces for people.
From there, my journey naturally evolved. I completed my building apprenticeship and went on to work across a range of residential projects, from new builds and renovations to alterations, additions, and general maintenance.

I take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable work and building strong relationships with clients based on honesty, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Today, I continue to bring that same passion and commitment to every project — combining experience, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for creating new things, which people call Home.
